How custom orders work

Request a quote

Tell us your event date, quantity, flavours, colours/theme and any inspiration or ideas.

Receive your quote

We’ll review your request and send you a personalised quote based on your design and requirements.

Secure your booking

Accept your quote and pay the 50% deposit to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due 1 day before collection or delivery.

Enjoy your cake pops!

Your cake pops will be ready for pickup or local delivery on your selected date — ready to enjoy and celebrate!

ABOUT US

Crumbs & Confetti Co is all about making celebrations a little sweeter. From custom cake pops designed around your event to our limited-edition Drops, everything is made with care, creativity and a little bit of confetti.

Whether it’s a birthday, baby shower, work event, gift or just because, we love creating something that feels made especially for the occasion.

Questions, answered

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing custom orders at least 14 days in advance. Short-notice orders may be available depending on our schedule, so you're always welcome to enquire.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum custom order is 12 cake pops, with a minimum of 12 per flavour.
Can you match my theme or inspiration photos?
Absolutely! Send through your colours, theme and any inspiration photos when requesting your quote. We'll create a design to suit your event, although handmade designs may vary slightly from inspiration images.
How do I secure my booking?
Once you've received and accepted your quote, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 1 day before pickup or delivery.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Pickup is available, and local delivery can be arranged for an additional fee depending on your location. Details will be confirmed with your quote
Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
No. Crumbs & Confetti Co does not cater for allergies or specific dietary requirements. Our products are prepared in a home kitchen where common allergens are present, and we cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
